Today we'll talk about Rundll infection and several its variants that can create a real headache if not noticed early and treated appropriately. The only place where Run32dll.exe infection doesn't appear as a rule is Safe Mode. Usually, there are no manifestations of Rundll.exe error other than an error message. Another important notice is that malicious Rundll file doesn't contain Microsoft signature and version info tab in its Properties. Deleting legal file with name similar to Rundll.exe process can crash your computer! If you see any file similar to Rundll in your Windows folder (and not in its subfolders) - it is a virus. Remember that there is no legal file in Windows connected with Rundll.
